Funding the Project - we need your help!
This project is still a work in progress. Because of lack of funding, only partial production (including the interview of Haruko) and the rough edit has been done. We must shoot additional footage, purchase historical archival footage, finish editing, compose background music and distribute the final work. Although we are applying for an extremely competitive grant money from various sources including organizations such as NAATA, Zellerbach Foundation, and the Canadian Counsil for the Arts, we are also dependent on private donations from people like you.
This project requries additional $25,000 for completion. Your contribution will be recognized in the video credits. We will also notify you with the screening dates and upcoming events if you fill out the form with your e-mail and/or your postal address.
